10 eggs
1 1/2 cup zucchini (grated, squeezed and drained)
1 cup cottage cheese
1 (4 ounce) can green chilies (drained)
1 cup cheddar cheese (grated)
Salt and pepper to taste

Mix everything in a bowl. Pour the mixture into a greased 8 inch square baking pan. Bake in a preheated 375F oven until the eggs are firmly set and golden brown on top, about 25-35 minutes. Serves 6
