In a large bowl, mix together:
1 cup sour cream
2 cups shredded cheese, any flavor
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 small can chopped hot green chili
1 medium onion chopped fine
1/2 cup butter, melted

Stir in a 32 oz bag of hash brown potatoes. Pour mixture tightly into a 9 x 12 inch baking dish.

Mix together a cup Italian seasoned bread crumbs and about 1/2 cup shredded cheese and sprinkle over the top. Bake for 1 to 1 1/4 hours at 350.
