2 14 ounce cans diced tomatoes
2 cans diced tomatoes with green chilies (Rotel type and you can adjust the spice by using a spicer or milder version of Rotel)
1/2 onion, chopped
1/2 teaspoon sugar
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon cumin
1/4 cup cilantro ( basically a few sprigs or leave it out if you do not have any)
