60 Ritz crackers, crushed
1/4 cup butter, melted
1/4 cup sugar
1 (6 oz) can frozen orange juice, thawed
1 can sweetened condensed milk
1 (8 oz) container whipped topping
1 cup chopped nuts, optional
2 small can mandarian oranges, drained
Combine crackers, butter and sugar. Pressing into a 13x9 inch baking dish. (Reserve some of the mixture for garnish.)
Blend orange juice and milk. Fold in whipped topping, nuts and oranges. Pour mixture over crumb crust. Top with reserved crumbs. Refrigerate or freeze until serving time.
