1 3 ounce box of orange or orange-pineapple jello
1 cup hot water
1 cup crushed pineapple undrained
1 cup diced orange sections
1 1/4 cups (11 oz can)mandarin oranges, drained
1 cup miniature marshmallows
1 cup sour cream
2 Tb mayonnaise
2 Tb grated cheddar cheese
Dissolve jello in hot water. Add pineapple and chill till slightly thickened. Fold in next 3.
Pour into 8 x 8 x 2 inch pan. Chill till firm.
Mix sour cream and mayonaise and spread on top.
Sprinkle with cheese. Makes 6 to 8 servings.
