1 (8 oz) pkg cream cheese, room temperature
1/2 cup sour cream
1 tbsp fresh lemon juice
1 tbsp minced fresh dill
1 tsp prepared horseradish
1/2 tsp kosher salt
1/4 tsp freshly ground pepper
1/4 lb (4 oz) smoked salmon

Cream the cheese until smooth. Add sour cream, lemon juice, dill, horseradish, salt, and pepper and mix. Add smoked salmon and mix well. Chill and serve with crudites or crackers.
