4 oz smoked salmon, cut into small bite-sized pieces
1/4 cup green onions, chopped
2 tbsp fresh lemon juice
1 tsp lemon zest
1/4 cup olive oil
1 tbsp capers
2 cloves garlic, minced
1/4 cup black olives, chopped
Salt and pepper
Toasted pita bread

Combine first 9 ingredients. Arrange salmon on pita toast that has been cut into small triangles and top with green onion mixture. Cover and refrigerate until ready to serve.
