Servings 16 2 points

Ingredients:

3/4 cup all purpose flour
3/4 cup granulated sugar
1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
3 teaspoons oil
2 tablespoons water
2 large egg whites
2 oz light cream cheese (about 3 1/2 tablespoons)
2 tablespoons granlated sugar (additional)
1/4 teaspoon vanilla

Preheat oven to 350f. Coat an 8 inch square pan with cooking spray.

Combine flour, 3/4 cup sugar, cocoa, and baking powder in a bowl and mix well. Add the oil, water and egg whites. Mix just until dry ingredients are moistened. (Do not over mix) Spoon and spread the batter into pan.

Combine the cheese, remaining 2 tablespoons sugar, and vanilla in a bowl and blend well.

Drop small spoonfuls of cream cheese mixture over brownie batter. Swirl gently with a knife to create a decorative pattern.

Bake until tooth pick inserted into center comes out clean..about 20 minutes.
allow to cool for 20 minutes before cutting into 16 bars.
