Preheat oven 350f

Ingredients:

1 small onion, diced
1 cup of 2% fat shredded cheese
2 tablespoons unsalted butter
1/2 teaspoon pepper
1 (32oz) package souther style has browns (thawed)
1 16oz container fat free sour cream
1 10oz can of 98% fat free cream of chicken soup.
cooking spray

Spray a 9x13 baking dish with non stick cooking spray

Combine all the ingredients and place in baking dish and bake 350 degrees for about 1 hour.

Serving size 1 cup
