1/2 cup chili sauce
1 (3 oz) pkg cream cheese or Gervais
1 tbsp fresh lemon juice
2 tsp chile powder
Pinch garlic powder
1/4 tsp Tabasco sauce
1 cup heavy cream
2-3 tbsp dry sherry
Toasted garlic bread cubes

Combine all ingredients and beat until smooth and well blended. Serve with tortilla chips, crackers, or bread cubes.
