1 (7 oz) jar roasted peppers, drained patted dry, and finely chopped
1 tsp minced garlic and salt
1 (16 oz) container sour cream

Place all the in a medium-sized bowl; beat with an electric beater on medium speed until thoroughly blended. Serve immediately or store in the refrigerator in an airtight container until ready to use.

NOTE: Great as a tossed salad dressing or veggie dip, and also good on cooked chicken or meat.
