1 large sweet onion, halved and thinly sliced
1 tbsp EACH Tabasco chipotle pepper sauce
1 tbsp beef broth, balsamic vinegar, oil, crushed garlic and dark brown sugar

Combine ingredients in a 10 inch skillet with a lid. When coals are ready, place covered pan on grill rack. Csook onion mixture for 15-20 minutes, stirring occasionally, until onions are caramelized and most of liquid is evaporated. Remove pan from grill and set aside. Note: Great on steaks and burgers topped with Blue Cheese Spread (see recipe under sauces).
