1 lb medium size white button mushrooms
1 (8 oz) container crumbled feta cheese
1 (7 oz) container pesto

Preheat oven to 375. Clean and remove stems from mushroom and place open end face-up on a cookie sheet. Place a small piece of feta into each mushroom cap and cover top with a small amount of pesto. Bake until feta is melted and golden brown and mushrooms are tender. Serve immediately. Makes 2 dozen.
