1 pkg pesto sauce
2 tbsp olive oil
4-5 cloves of garlic
1/2 onion
1/4 cup water
Parmesan cheese

Place mushroom stems in food processor along with onion and garlic. Scrape mushrooms out, place into hot oil and stir in onion and garlic. Saute a few minutes. Add water & pesto packet and simmer until mixture firms up. Sprinkle cheese into mushrooms and place on a lightly greased cookie sheet. Spoon in ingredients and sprinkle with more cheese. Bake at 350 for 25 minutes.
