1 pkg Knorr Pesto sauce mix
1 cup sour cream
1 cup ricotta cheese
11/4 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
Cooked tortellini and Italian bread cubes for dipping

Preheat oven to 350. Combine pesto sauce mix, sour cream, ricotta cheese and 1 cup mozzarella cheese in a shallow 1-quart casserole. Bake for 25 minutes. Sprinkle with remaining 1/4 cup cheese and bake for 5 minutes or until cheese is melted. Serve with your favorite dippers. Serves 6
