1 ripe cantaloupe
1/4 lb prosciutto ham, sliced paper thin, about 2-4 slices per person)
1 lemon, cut into wedges
Freshly ground black pepper

Cut melon into 8 edges and discard seeds. Carefully slice the rind off the melon, placing the melon back on the rind for presentation. Drape 2-4 slices of prosciutto over melon. Garnish with lemon wedges and serve with freshly ground black pepper. Serves 4

Variation: I like to wrap the prosciutto around the melon and cut each slice into smaller pieces and use toothpick to hold together and serve that way.
