1/2 small cantaloupe, halved and seeds removed
1 small honeydew, halved and seeds removed
1 bunch red leaf lettuce
10 slices prosciutto, cut into thin strips
Kiwi and/or strawberry slices, garnish

Dressing
2 tsp honey
1 tsp Dijon mustard
1/4 cup lime juice
Salt and pepper
1/2 cup olive oil

Cut flesh of melons into 1 inch chunks. Clean and tear lettuce on individual plates. Top with melon and prosciutto.

Whisk together dressing and drizzle over salads. Garnish as desired.
