2 tsp butter
4 boneless, skinless chicken breast halves
1 large onion, chopped
2 green bell pepper, seeded and chopped
2 cups tomato juice
1/4 tsp cayenne pepper, dried thyme, garlic flakes, ground cloves and ground allspice

Melt butter in a skillet. Add chicken adn brown quickly on both sides over high heat. Remove to paltter. Add onions and pepper. Cook until soft. Add juice and seasonings, return chicken to pan and simmer until sauce is thick. Serves 8
