4 pork blade steaks, 1/2 inch thick
1 tsp vegetable oil
1 cup chunky salsa
1/3 cup water
2 tbsp lemon juice
1/2 tsp ground cumin
Salt and pepper, to taste

Heat oil in a skillet; brown pork on both sides. Combine remaining ingredients and pour mixture over chops. Cover and simmer 10-12 minutes.
