6 pork cutlets
2 clove garlic, minced
2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper
3 tbsp butter
2 large onions, chopped
8 oz mushrooms, sliced
3 tbsp bread crumbs
4 oz white wine
1/2 cup sour cream
1 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese

Rub cutlets with garlic, salt and pepper. Brown in 1 1/2 tbsp butter in a skillet and then place in a baking dish.

Saute onions and mushrooms in remaining butter until browned. Add bread crumbs, salt and pepper, stir in wine and sour cream, allow to boil. Pour mixture over cutlets and sprinkle cheese on top. Broil until cheese is golden brown.
