1 tbsp oil
1 lb boneless beef sirloin, cut into thin strips
1 medium onion, coarsely chopped
1 medium green bell pepper, coarsely chopped
1 1/2 cups water
1 (14 1/2 - 16 oz) can diced peeled tomatoes, undrained
1 (8 oz) can tomato sauce
1 tbsp paprika
1 tsp sugar
1/2 tsp salt and caraway seed
1/4 tsp pepper
1 1/2 cups uncooked rotini pasta

Heat oil in a Dutch oven and add beef strips, cook and stir for 3 to 5 minutes or until browned. Add remaining ingredients except pasta. Bring to a boil; add rotini. Reduce heat to medium and cook uncovered for 10-15 minutes or until pasta is tender, stirring occasionally. Serves 4
