  • 1 pound beef, cut into small cubes
  • 2 medium onions, chopped
  • 1/2 teaspoon dry mustard
  • 1 1/2 teaspoon paprika
  • 2 tablespoons brown sugar
  • 1 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 3 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 teaspoon vinegar
  • 6 tablespoons ketchup
  • 1 1/2 cup water
  • 3 tablespoons flour

Brown meat, add onions. Combine mustard, paprika, sugar, salt, Worcestershire, vinegar, and ketchup. Add to meat with 1 cup water. Stir, cover, cook over low heat until meat is tender. Blend flour with 1/2 cup water; add to meat mixture, stirring until thickened. Serve over noodles.
