1 (10 oz) pkg frozen Brussels sprouts
2 eggs, beaten
2 slices bread, crumbled
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1/2 cup sharp cheese
2 tbsp onion
1 tbsp melted butter

Cook sprouts. Cut into quarters. In a bowl, add eggs, 1/2 cup crumbs, soup, cheese, onion and pepper. Stir in sprouts. Turn in 1 1/2 quart casserole. Sprinkle with remaining crumbs and melted butter. Bake at 350 for 50-55 minutes.
