2 tsp cooking oil
1 lb small Brussel sprouts, halved
Sliced onions to taste
2 to 3 cloves of garlic, crushed
1 small Bell Pepper, red or yellow for best color
2 tbsp soy sauce
Large pinch of sugar
Black pepper to taste
2 tbsp toasted sesame seeds

Heat oil until hot and stir fry Brussels for 2 minutes. Add onions, garlic and bell pepper. Fry for 2 minutes. Stir constantly. Toss in remaining ingredients. Heat through. Serves 6.
