2 1/2 cups Peach Juice (100% juice)
3 1/2 cups sugar
1/2 teaspoon butter (reduces foaming)
1 box pectin

Mix juice and butter in a large kettel. Bring to a hard boil, add sugar gradually, and stir constantly. Add pectin, make sure it completely disolves. Stirring gently and bring to a rolling boil. Boil 1 minute, stir constantly. Remove from heat and pour into clean jars; clean sealing edge with damp towel. Tighten lids and cover with a towel until cool.

makes: 3 8Oz. jars
