6 cup juice (100% juice)
12 cup sugar
1 teaspoon butter ( to reduce foaming)
2 pouches (3 oz. each) liquid fruit pectin
Pour juice into a large kettle: gradually stir in butter and sugar until dissolved. Bring to a boil, stir constantly. Add pectin: bring to a full rolling boil. Boil for 1 minute, stirring constantly. Remove from the heat. Pour hot into sterilized jars, leaving 1/4-inch headspace. Tighten caps. Place in a boiling water bath for 10 minutes. Cover jars with a towel until jars are cool.
