Bottled Strawberry Juice Jelly

3-3/4 cup juice (100% juice)
1 box pectin (3 oz.)
1/2 teaspoon butter or margarine
4-1/2 cups sugar, measured into seprate bowl

Measure the strawberry juice into 6 or 8 quart kettle. Stir pectin into juice in pot. Add butter to reduce foaming. Bring mixture to a full rolling boil on high heat, stirring constantly. Stir in sugar. Return to full rolling boil, stirring constantly. Boil exactly 1 minute, stirring constantly. Remove from heat. Ladle immediately into perpared jars. Place jars in a boiling water bath for 10 minutes and the cover with a towel until they are cool.

Makes about 6 (1 cup) jars.
