1 can chick peas, drained and rinsed
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 tablespoon water
1 large ripe avocado
2 tablespoon fresh lime juice
1/2 teas onion powder
or
2 tablespoon red onion, chopped
1 tablespoon chopped jalapeno, seeds and ribs removed. If you like hot, leave seeds in.
1 cup cilantro leaves
a little salt and pepper

Process in blender or food processor and chill. If too thick, add a little more water.

Yumm!! yumm!! yumm!!

This is like Trader Joe's guacamole Hummus.
