Mushroom Stuffed Tomatoes

1/2 cup sour cream
2 hard cooked eggs, finely chopped
1/2 teaspoon chopped chives
1/2 teaspoon seasoned salt
1/4 teaspoon celery salt
dash garlic powder
4 large tomatoes
1/2 pound fresh mushrooms, cleaned, coarsely chopped
lettuce leaves

Combine first 6 ingredients. Chill turn each tomato stem side down cut to but not through, base into 6 wedges.

Spread apart slightly. Salt lightly. Just before serving toss sour cream mixture with mushrooms.

Divide among prepared tomatoes. Serve on lettuce leaves. Garnish with paprika.
Makes 4 servings.
