40 cherry tomatoes
1 cup ground ham
4 oz softened cream cheese
2 tbsp grated onion
2 tbsp minced celery

Cut a very thin slice off the top of each cherry tomato. Scoop out pulp, invert and drain on paper towel. Combine tomato pulp with remaining ingredients. Stuff mixture into tomatoes. Note: Make them ahead of time and chill before serving.
