Ingredients

Juice from one lemon
3 cans chick peas
1 Tbs. tahini
4-5 gloves very finely chopped fresh garlic (needs to be roasted or brown fried a little bit)
One cup thick Greek yogurt
1 cup Greek only virgin olive oil
1/2 teaspoon salt
Pepper
Paprika
2 teaspoon cumin

How to make HummusPut everything into a food processor and mix until you have a coarse but smooth texture paste. Use extra olive oil to dilute the mixture if too thick. Serve cold or room temperature with whole wheat pita bread.
