1 large flank steak
1/4 cup soy sauce
2 tsp salad oil
2 Tbsp honey
1 Tbsp wine vinegar
1 clove vinegar
1 clove garlic
1 tsp minced fresh ginger root or 1/2 tsp ground ginger

Marinate flank steak for several hours in a mixture of soy sauce, salad oil, honey, wine vinegar, garlic and ginger.
Broil for 4 minutes on each side for rare or to desired done ness. Slice thinly on the diagonal. Surround with potatoes and stuffed mushrooms. Fast simmer meal can be cooked on grill.
