Ready in: < 30 minutes
- 6 eggs
- 6 slices bread

Cut a round hole in the center of each slice of bread using a biscuit cutter. Butter both sides of the bread. Heat a griddle or skillet over medium heat. Place the bread on the griddle. Carefully break an egg into the hole in the bread. Cook until the egg is just set. Carefully flip the bread and egg over to cook the other side. When egg is desired doneness, remove from the griddle and serve hot. Season as desired with salt, pepper, ketchup, etc. Repeat with remaining bread and eggs.
