Baked Fish Fillet In Mustard Sauce

- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons prepared mustard
- 1/4 cup chopped onion
- 1 teaspoon thyme
- 4 frozen fish fillets, partially thawed
- 1 tablespoon chopped parsley flakes
Place fish in a lightly greased shallow baking dish and set aside. In a bowl, mix mayonnaise, mustard, onion, parsley and thyme. Pour over the fish. Bake uncovered at 350 degrees F for 20-25 minutes, or until fish flakes when tested with a fork.
