Delectable meatballs with Gouda cheese in a creamy gravy you can serve with egg noodles, mashed potatoes or rice.

1 pound ground beef
1 pound ground pork
½ cup finely diced onion
8 ounces Gouda cheese, shredded
2 eggs
½ cup Japanese panko crumbs
1 cup loose packed fresh parsley, chopped
1 + ½ teaspoons salt
1 teaspoon allspice
¼ teaspoon black pepper
vegetable oil, for frying
2 cups chicken broth
½ cup heavy cream
Buttered egg noodles, mashed potates or rice

(1) In a large mixing bowl combine all the meatball ingredients together with a fork.
