Serves 4

3 Tbsp butter, melted
4 eggs
2 cup milk
1 cup all purpose flour
1/8 tsp salt
1 Tbsp sugar
1 tsp vanilla extract

Melt butter in a 13x9 inch baking pan in the oven at 400 degrees; set aside. Place eggs in a blender; blend well. Add milk, flour, salt, sugar and vanilla; blend thoroughly. Pour into a pan; bake at 400 degrees for 35 minutes.
