1/2 cup mayonnaise
1/4 cup packed brown sugar and prepared mustard
2 tsp seasoned salt
1/3 cup red wine vinegar
4 bone-in pork loin chops, about 1 inch thick and 8 oz each

In a small bown, combine frist 5 ingredients. Whisk in vinegar and pour into a resealable bag; add pork. Seal and refrigerate overnight.

Discard marinade and girll, pork chops, over medium heat for 20-25 minutes, turning occasionally. Serves 4
