1 (16 oz) can peach slices in extra light syrup (If desired, use fresh peaches & ½ cup apple or orange juice.)
1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
2 Tbsp peach preserves
2 Tbsp Dijon-style mustard
1 tsp black pepper
4 boneless center cut pork chops, 3/8” thick.


1. Stir together first four ingredients in small bowl. Set aside.
2. Heat nonstick skillet over medium-high heat; brush chops with vegetable oil, season with pepper.
3. For 3-5 minutes, brown on one side and turn. Add peach mixture, reduce heat to low, cover and cook 5 minutes.
4. Serve with peaches and sauce. Garnish with fresh raspberries if desired.
