Ingredients
2 or 3 slices bacon
1 cup grated cheese
1/2 cup milk
1 can creamed corn
1 can whole corn
Crushed corn chips
Fry bacon until crisp, break into small pieces. Put corn in skillet with bacon; add milk and cheese. Heat until bubbly, stirring constantly. When cheese is completely melted, pour into 2-quart casserole and top with crushed corn chips. Bake at 350 until lightly browned.

It's not the healthiest recipe in the box, but it sure does taste good... It's my Aunt Bobbye's take on corn pudding/casserole and it's goes very well with fried pork chops.
