- 1 cup powdered milk PLUS
- 2 tablespoons powdered milk
- 1/2 cup boiling water
- 1 teaspoon vinegar
Pour water into bowl; add milk and mix well. Add vinegar a little at a time while stirring. Mix until smooth. Mixture will thicken if allowed to stand in refrigerator for a few hours and can be used in any recipe calling for commercial sour cream.
