300 g cream cheese
1 T lemon juice
2 T chopped dill
generous pinch of black pepper
4 large flour tortillas
350 g smoked salmon
extra dill and rocket leaves

Mix cream cheese with juice, dill and plenty of black pepper.
Spread over 4 large flour tortillas and cover with smoked salmon.
Roll up like a Swiss roll, trim off ends and discard.
Wrap tightly in cling film, twisting ends firmly to enclose.
Place in fridge until you are ready. Take a sharp knife, slice on a diagonal.
Serve with extra dill and rocket leaves.
