Serves 2

1 Tbsp brown sugar, packed
1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
2 tsp cooking oil
1 (9 inch) whole wheat flour tortilla

Place the oven rack in the center position. Turn the oven on to 350 F. Grease the baking sheet with the cooking spray. Put the brown sugar and cinnamon into the bowl. Stir until well mixed.
Brush the cooking oil on the tortilla. Sprinkle with the brown sugar mixture. Cut the tortilla into 16 wedges. Arrange on the baking sheet. Bake for about 10 minutes until the edges are golden. Remove the baking sheet. Turn off the heat.
