2 tbsp sugar
1 tsp ground cinnamon
8 (8 inch) flour tortillas
6 tbsp butter, melted

Combine sugar and cinnamon; set aside. Brush tortillas with melted butter and cut into 8 wedges. Arrange in a single layer on a baking sheet. Sprinkle with cinnamon mixture. Bake at 400 for 4-6 minutes. Can be made ahead and kep in air tight container.
