1 pound bulk hot Italian sausage
2 (28-ounce) jars spaghetti sauce
1 (25-ounce) package frozen cheese ravioli (see Note)
1 (7-ounce) can sliced mushrooms, drained
1 cup (4 ounces) shredded mozzarella cheese
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350 degreesF. Coat a 9" x 13" baking dish with nonstick cooking spray.
Brown the sausage in a large skillet over medium-high heat for 8 to 10 minutes, until no pink remains, crumbling the sausage as it cooks. Drain off the excess liquid and place the sausage in a large bowl. Add the spaghetti sauce, ravioli, and mushrooms; mix well.
Place in prepared baking dish and sprinkle with the cheese. Cover tightly with foil and bake for 45 minutes. Remove the foil and bake for 5 to 10 more minutes, or until heated through and the cheese is golden.
Serves 6.
