any kind of white fish for baking
(mahi, grouper or cod are good)
sour cream
sharp cheddar or even gorgonzala cheese (shredded)

make paste of sour cream and cheese
spread over fish and bake in 350 degree oven
for about 20-30 minutes depeneding on the
thickness of the fish, chesse will brown and the fish will flake when tested with a fork.

roast any kind of veggies tossed in olive oil, sprinkled with garlic, salt, etc.in the oven with the fish or in seperate pan.

note: I roast sliced or cherry tomatoes,elephant garlic and zuchinni,and serve it over coucous.
this receipe is
very easy to make, is low carb and can be
used on a whole piece of fish served over
a bed of couscous with the veggies for a wonderful dinner presentation.
