1 lb. French cut frozen green beans, defrosted
1/2 c. gorgonzola cheese, divided
1/4 c. olive oil (from drained tomatoes)
1 T. garlic, minced
1/2 c. sun-dried tomatoes, julienne cut, drained and divided
In 4 c. measuring cup, combine oil, 1/4 c. julienne cut tomatoes, garlic and 1/4 c. cheese.
Steam beans over boiling water in colander until crisp. When almost done, warm serving bowl in warm water. Drain beans and pat dry. Place in warmed bowl and toss with oil mix. Sprinkle remaining cheese and tomatoes on top.
