Serves 6-8

2 (10 oz) pkgs frozen French cut green beans or 2 cans
1/4 cup melted margarine
2 Tbsp all purpose flour
1 Tbsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper
1/4 tsp instant minced onion
1 Tbsp sugar
1 cup sour cream
1 1/2 cup shredded Swiss cheese
1/4 cup buttery cracker crumbs

Cook beans according to package directions; drain. Combine remaining ingredients except cheese and cracker crumbs, mixing well, stir in green beans. Pour mixture into a greased shallow 2 quart casserole. Top with cheese and cracker crumbs. Bake 350 F for 25-30 minutes.
