- 1 pound frozen scallops
***Marinade***
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 2 tablespoons chopped onion
- 1 tablespoon vinegar
- 2 teaspoons chopped parsley
- salt and pepper, to taste
Cook scallops according to package directions. Drain. Mix marinade and pour over scallops and marinate them overnight. Serve with toothpicks.
