Makes 48 servings.

1/4 lb. blue cheese, softened
1 8-oz. pkg. cream cheese, softened
1/2 c. flat beer
2 tsp. soy sauce
1 c. chopped pecans, lightly toasted
48 baked tart shells (2 1/2-inch)
parsley sprigs

Beat together cheeses, beer and soy sauce; stir in pecans.
Refrigerate until about 30 minutes before serving.
Spoon about 1 tablespoon into each tart shell.
Garnish with parsley.
