Pan-Seared Top Sirloin Steaks

- 1 teaspoon kosher salt
- 1/4 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
- 2 teaspoons Cajun seasoning
- 4 top sirloin steaks (5 ounce size)
- 1 1/2 tablespoon olive oil
Combine the salt, pepper, and Cajun seasoning. Sprinkle the steaks on both sides with the seasoning mixture. Evenly drizzle olive oil over the steaks. Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the steaks and sear for 30 seconds then reduce the heat to medium. Cook until browned, about 5 minutes. Turn the steaks over and cook for 3-4 minutes longer or until desired doneness.
